ALL HALLOWS'EVE

hello guys, this year I am not bringing any Halloween info to class (I think you've had enough spooks and ghosts and Jack o' Lanterns in your past years at the EOI ;-). My Advanced 1 students are going to enter a Halloween short- story contest (their stories will be taped to the walls of the classroom next week, if you Intermediate 2 guys are interested in reading them) and that's all. But for those of you who miss doing or learning something about Shamain (for this is the Celtic name by which it is known), why not try this online quiz .....:-)

If you follow them you will be able to practise listening comprehension, cloze tests etc...(remember that in order to get ready for the certificate at the end of this course coming to class twice a week is not enough ;-).
