hi girls, boys, cheeky monkeys! How was your summer? I have been busy with exams ever since 1st September (as you know) and today I decided it was high time I posted something on the blog. Here are some pics I took in Edinburgh in August, while doing a course for teachers. You can see the Grassmarket area (the coloured houses), The Castle, Buildings along the Royal Mile (the pic taken against the light) ,The Old City (from a bridge that joins it to the new city)..and your teacher getting her certificate at the university ;-).Well, I will be off again for a few days , this time further North :-). I will post pics from that place too as soon as I am back ...see some of you next week and the rest in October.....take care!

Hello, Monica.
I also have been in Edinburgh , this summer with my husband, my daughter, my sister and my brother.
It´s a very beautiful city. I have been in all Scotland. I have visited Inverness, Oban, Melrose abbey; Rosselyn chappel, the löch Ness and Sterling. I love Edinburhg. I love its castle, I love The royal Mile, I love the shops , I love The Scott monument. I´d like to go again there.
Thank you for all.
Did you eat haggis?
I have eaten many haggis . Just I don´t like the morcilla.
Hi Maria Isabel, I did try haggis and it wasn't that bad, a bit spicy and hard to digest perhaps ;-)
